Thus controlled terrestrial, who advances on the spiral of his Spiritual path (see the reports 819 – 847), after gradual surmounting self-controlling programs (materialism, careerism, preoccupation with money, alcoholism, hedonism, and the like), engages more and more attention of negative entities from the Dark worlds. These entities then create an INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM OF CONTROL.

The individual, who thus further advances up on the spiral of Spiritual path, is increasingly disrupting the negative system, by means of his positivity; in the seventh revolution the negative entities are at their wits’ end, regarding the individual control.

Every man has in the axis of the physical body – in the spine – THE MAIN CHANNEL, which is in the center composed of the STELLAR CHANNEL, surrounded by many SMALL DUCTS. The stellar channel belongs to the primary Creator of everything and everybody, so that through it arrive information to Him and from Him, that cannot be blocked up. The other ducts around the stellar channel belong to the being, who is RESPONSIBLE for them, and 98,75 percent of terrestrials has this channel BLOCKED UP – so that it is disordered, because of NEGATIVE LIFESTYLE NOT ONLY IN THIS LIFE, BUT ALSO IN THE PAST LIVES. Only 1,25 percent of terrestrials lead LIFE FULL OF LOVE AND GOODNESS; therefore they do not have their main channel blocked up, and consequently is their system of chakras more or less functional.

So that every being in the zone of expulsion has along the main channel two auxiliary channels:

On the right side – THE POSITIVE AUXILIARY CHANNEL

On the left side – THE NEGATIVE AUXILIARY CHANNEL

The auxiliary channels are located 12 centimeters off the main channel, and interconnected with it on the level of the fourth (heart) chakra, which also serves as a way for prompt input, by the human beings at speeds of thoughts chosen, positive or negative information – the energies transmitted from the auxiliary channels into the HEART CHAKRA. According to the kind of energies this heart chakra either OPENS (the positive, loving energies) or CLOSES UP, like SCALES.

From the heart chakra are the instructions transferred into the human mind and pseudomind, and these actuate in the terrestrial’s physical body some of the 2 000 000 000 000 genes – the programs for direct performance of movements and important steps of mission in life. At the same time are by means of POSITIVE INSTRUCTIONS actuated only CLEAR GENES, and by means of NEGATIVE INSTRUCTIONS only ENCUMBERED GENES, which has nowadays in average 80 percent of people.

99,9985 percent of terrestrials has soul and the spirit encased by the pseudocreators, who thus want to DOMINATE the physical bodies, and nowadays they control 95 percent of people from 95 percent !

Only 106 000 people – 0,0015 percent has not encased soul and the Spirit. Thus 33 000 adults have restored the right communication of the Spirit, soul and physical body, and 73 000 children enjoy the original right communication of the Spirit, soul and physical body.

In order to HELP – FROM ABOVE into THE LEFT – POSITIVE AUXILIARY CHANNEL, supplies information – energies at least one GUIDE OF LIGHT – THE COSMIC PEOPLE OF POWERS OF LIGHT – MULTIDIMENSIONAL BEINGS, whom we feel ”IN SPIRIT” or as an INTUITION, the silent voice with POSITIVE GUIDANCE, LOVE, TRUTH AND WISDOM – the true positive and actual information.

With the view of negative domination – as PUPPETS – FROM BELOW into THE RIGHT – NEGATIVE AUXILIARY CHANNEL, supplies NEGATIVE CONTROLLING INFORMATION WITHOUT LOVE, WITHOUT TRUTH, AND WITHOUT WISDOM – energies NEGATIVE CONTROLLING PSEUDOSYSTEM, which among others consists of three negative entities – THE GUARDS – SHADOWS – IN DARK WORLDS:

THE ANALYST­INFORMER – EXAMINES the overall situation of the controlled scene and controlled terrestrial. He considers efficient procedures for creating zero BLOCKS in terrestrial’s bodies and chakras, and especially controlling procedures – programs, which he then hands on ANALYST­PROGRAMMER. He has at his disposal all case­history tapes of the past lives, and makes very detailed PSYCHO – SOCIO – ANALYSES regarding negative and positive characteristics of controlled terrestial’s weaknesses and strengths. The case­history tape of the controlled terrestrial is in the middle of his monitor, and at the sides there are other case­history tapes concerning terrestrials dwelling in the nearest surroundings of the controlled one – for example 6 (job, family, etc.) – THE OUTER GOVERNANCE THROUGH THE MEDIUM OF OTHER PEOPLE – ENERGETIC CHANNELS.

A NEW SCENE could be set up FIRST IN 1–3 DAYS, AND THEREFORE THE POSITIVE AND LOVING PEOPLE WOULD BETTER THEMSELVES A LOT, IF THEY WOULD PLAN IN ADVANCE ONLY EXCEPTIONALLY – THEY SHOULD MAKE THEIR DECISIONS JUST AT THE LAST MOMENT, UNDER LEADERSHIP OF THE POWERS OF LIGHT, STEP BY STEP. OTHERWISE THEIR PROGRAMS AND SCENES (ALSO WITH OTHER PEOPLE) WOULD NOT BE EQUALLY PREPARED, IF THEY COULD BE SET UP AT ALL !!!

Ample analytical data are also printed on chintzy paper with our letters. If somebody is healthy and lives in love, then he is colloquially described by them as ”sick” person, who should be ”cured” (but in reality hurt or passed on an illness), in order to become ”healthy” again (sick).

MISSION – TASK – basic – POSITIVE LIFE, or with field of science, teleinformative, meditative, traditional medicine, specificities ... in one’s youth drawing portraits of Cosmic people in pen, nowadays narrating about them in train ... organizing colleague’s lectures about Cosmic people, who transmits reports to people (from Cosmic friend – by word of mouth) ... other activities ... etc.

– participation in other processes, which are unavoidable for forming COMPETITIVE RELATIONS WITHOUT LOVE

– PICTURE BOOK (scanned all the time during this transmission) – small windows with drawings – IMPACTS – INSTALLATION OF NEGATIVE ENERGETIC IMPULSE (for instance soreness) INTO EVERYTHING WHAT IS COMPRISED IN MENTAL AND PHYSICAL BODY. The negative impact in our body subsequently shows itself through lack of love in our consciousness, and that makes such program effective: the man HIMSELF gradually REMOVES his natural outfit focusing on his problematic parts, and consequently creates loading channel for more installations into his body. In general, this is aimed at creating VISUALIZATION OF PAIN (in concrete implementation) in such a way, that he HIMSELF nourishes and increases this supplied energy – the impact for the receiver (YES, after all, I’m sick, it pains, really it pains, and much, very much ... ”WHY THAT’S REALITY”, ”IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE THAT WAY, complaining, etc.)

– I see a double list with a whole series of pictures. It begins initially with the first two small windows – a small dragon’s head – in other small windows appears an impacted person (Gott); on the sixth picture and on the following ones there is a man with small horns (diagrammatized) – EAR – developmental stage of some other kind of your well­meaning chaps – it is a matter of gradual installing of unkindness; there will be created few kinds of native creatures called EAR (small horn). Hence, the impact shows the advancement of injected negative energy (the head of small dragon) into the targeted person (Gott); follows the target state, which may last shortly, long time, or can be consequently embittered through following impact of the targeted person (who could be dominated in such a way, that interconnects oneself more thoroughly with the controlling programs as a new and another spider’s web, gets caught in it, then appears another web, etc.). The last head is supposed to mark the final stage of creating some breed (plan). It is being enacted in bodies of other animals, intended to be deformed for pseudoscientific purposes. The impact of such impact results in mortality of approximately 60 percent experimentees. There it is modelled – tested. The far­reaching major changes in thinking frequently cause more considerable harm – hellish trouble – than current boot procedures. Here you thus can see, how many of other negative beings and processes (together with the victims) reach a stage of negative modelling (preparation) and the very holding terrestrials in power !!!

– The picture book produces general impression of ”a booklet about foul fairy tale”.

– A yellow flat board (simulant of a gramophone disk), on the margin there is a small cut­out in shape of sharp prick (bitten into), it rotates all around, and when the cut­out gets to certain point, pain is inflicted on a man (for instance, on his shoulder ...), who himself then feeds that, since he is aware of it.

– Thus could be even launched a period, when a man at times bursts out crying.

– A specific aim is defined by gradual creation of other blocks – according to the plan of block, which is elaborated for many future lives to be passed by every individual.

– The blocks are created in a similar way, as if you put up a building: at first you have to lay the foundations for a house, then build the walls, etc. The impacts have to be analogously inserted planwise, according to prepared well­laid scheme, not in the least arbitrarily. Loving and stainless man is immune from impacts.

– The medical records are frequently forged – instead of concealed current data are often extracted information of last year – these out­of­date records are unfavourable in comparison with the actual reality, so that results conveyed to chiefs (senior entities) seem to be more convincing, and are more easily distinguishable from later developed procedures (in preparatory stage). The guards – shadows – thus endeavour to ”improve” unfavourable results of their pseudowork (in this concrete case), to make better impression on those, by whom they are inspected and controlled. But these chiefs execute thorough control anyway ..., and then the subordinates and the dominated terrestrial are in a bad way; these senior entities bring to bear their much stronger influence (depressions, etc.), so that the terrestrial consequently would find the safest protection with the primary Creator of everything and everybody. And the Universe people in love mediate Ashtar’s and Ptaah’s presence, together with the secure place of other Cosmic friends. It is always up to the concrete terrestrial how he behaves !

– Our new friendship, important tests of life, fatefulness, chosen events of vital events, to which an individual could not assume a positive attitude, already for few months lasting problematic contacts (with negative entities).

– Into the terrestrial are injected controlling thoughts and projected controlling pictures; the controlling system immediately detects EFFECTIVITY of domination – in terms of percentage – exactly, and also in grades: domination produces excellent, hopeful, average, below­average, pitiful results. In case of unsatisfactory domination the controlling system right away chooses from the datasystem other variants of governance (there are many of them), and again is sent back quick report about fruitfulness – the feedback.

– THE EXTENT OF DOMINATION is basically defined by two parameters:

(a)

LONG­LASTING POSITION on the spiral of THE SPIRITUAL PATH (adequate to number of encumbered genes, which could be used by the other side) – from the starting point, defined by the 95 % of governance, it drops to the average of 10 %, in the range from 5 % (informers, who have better knowledge about the structure of the controlling process) to 15 % (the others on the last revolution of the Spiritual path). Be on your guard against people, who themselves report to you (without your request) that they reached the end of the Spiritual Path – that could be one of the controlling programs. Those who really got there (approximately 33 000 adults of 6 000 000 000 terrestrials) surely would rather remain unknown, and would not just by themselves shout that from the rooftops. Perhaps they might mention that just exceptionally, when they strike up an intimate conversation with trustworthy person. Almost all the people, who are treading on the Spiritual path, find themselves in the position somewhere between the first and the fifth revolution (their number decreases) – see the picture 692 on www.universe-people.com , www.cosmic-people.com , www.universe-people.cz , www.vesmirni-lide.cz , www.vesmirnilide.cz.

THE CURRENT SPIRITUAL STATE – FRAME OF MIND – vacillates according to the momentary managing spiritual tests.

For example, this is one of the best solutions: if you got so far, that you experience and share an intensive love affair with a partner of the opposite sex – that innermost energy of love and good – and then you can WHENEVER, in any situation – undergoing spiritual tests – see in your mind’s eye that optimal sharing – love­making with the beloved partner, also at work, in action ! (not just exclusively when you rest or meditate). In case that you are able to manage that – then you emanate so much of such love – the innermost fine­vibratory energy ­ that consequently one controlling program after another reports: INEFFECTIVE, INEFFECTIVE, INEFFECTIVE ..... (I have been experiencing that already for an extended period of time ­ adaptor’s comment).

Members of the CRISIS MANAGEMENT GROUP are meeting even every hour, if they are to consult about the most affectionate people (position approximately from the fifth revolution of the Spiritual path and farther). On a BLACKBOARD is for the guards – shadows – chalked roster regarding OPERATIVE PATROLS on duty even every hour. The members of the crisis management group plan possible alternative situations – they model scenes resulting in extra NEGATIVE SITUATIONS, in which becomes entangled the targeted terrestrial: for instance, he might be SOCIALLY DRAGGED DOWN IN FRONT OF A LARGE GROUP OF PEOPLE. Also could be WORSENED HIS STATE OF HEALTH. Members of the crisis management, for example, model SITUATIONS, LEADING TO TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS, fractures and the like, or TROUBLES related to family, job, and other spheres (slanders, unenviable situations, experiences ...). They wear light­colored glaucous uniforms with red scurbelows on collars.

There are plans to create FEW NEW RACES, counted on the new pseudodevelopoment unfolded for THOUSANDS OF MILLIONS YEARS – MANY LIVES. That happens also in OTHER PARTS OF THE UNIVERSE (not only on one planet) FOR THOUSANDS OF MILLIONS YEARS – in the zones of expulsion – even there are performed some additional experiments, and we monitor that in a joint effort (the Cosmic people of Powers of Light).

We have to become conscious of the fact, that we are supplied by so many negative information, that we do not need any additional ones.

The members of the crisis management group also pretty much work with s texts of our EXTERNAL SYSTEM OF LIGHT www.universe-people.com , www.cosmic-people.com , www.universe-people.cz , www.vesmirni-lide.cz , www.vesmirnilide.cz . We have seen exactly the same color texts – reports beginning with words ”Dear Ivo, ...”. Some of paragraphs are followed by (red) comments about their significance, dangerousness, etc. But the negative entities DO NOT understand the meaning of every text and at times they are baffled by that. This external system of Light represents for them the greatest danger, because by it is the whole pseudosystem muck­raked in the best, truthful, topical way: in this manner people can escape from the trap of negative state MOST EFFECTIVELY.

The negative entities thus always endeavour TO DEVALUE TERRESTRIAL’S VIBRATIONS AND CREATE NEW BLOCKS IN BODIES AND CHAKRAS, IN THE CHANNEL – TO SEND HIM BACK ALONG THE SPIRAL OF THE SPIRITUAL PATH, SO THAT HE WOULD BECOME EASILY CONTROLLABLE. GROWING NUMBER OF HE SUBSTANTIAL MAJORITY OF TERRESTRIALS IS ENCUMBERED BY NEGATIVE GENES AND BLOCKS. THERE ARE UNDER WAY PREPARATIONS FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF CHIP TOTALITY WITH THE INTENTION TO INCREASE CONTROL OF TERRESTRIALS TO 99,99 PERCENT, AND UNDER THESE CONDITIONS TO ENSURE ADDITIONAL LEVEL OF EVIL AND LIES, ACCORDING TO THE PROJECT OF PSEUDOCREATORS.

ANALYST­PROGRAMMER – PROGRAMS instructions supplied by THE ANALYST­INFORMER and transmits them to THE INSTALLING ENTITY.

THE INSTALLING ENTITY – A WORKER FOR DATA COMMUNICATIONS – INSTALLS AND TELEMETERS CONTROLLING PROGRAMS for concrete PSEUDOLIFE into terrestrial’s negative auxiliary channel. THE IMPACT IS CONTROLLING ENERGY, TELEMETERED INTO TERRESTRIAL’S MENTAL AND PHYSICAL BODY. Antennae are placed on the moon – on an advanced base, actually on a celestial body, which was artificially dragged up by the Powers of darkness. There are many underground precints, camouflaged by ”the natural empty surface formed for 4 500 000 000 years”. The waves also go through the core of the planet Earth.

THE COSMIC PEOPLE here can DAMPEN OR JAM the transmission of controlling data (the Spiritual path – help). The jam may be also under way when the controlled terrestrial is near very loving fellowman: he is actually protected by his casing, great shield of Light, preventing penetration of controlling energies. All that jam is just temporary. The governance could be abolished only in case, that controlled terrestrial reaches the last – the seventh revolution of the Spiritual path (the Spirit and the soul are cased off, they are fully communicative, and around the terrestrial shines the shield of Light with another vibration – the vibration of love). Consequently may be enabled an ESCAPE from the zone of expulsion (generally). On the other side, the auxiliary channel – transmitter – can be used by much more negative person, who fills the controlled terrestrial with energy of coarse vibrations (for example, bodyguards of president, concrete musician transmitting vibrations of coarse energy to a singer of the same pop band, but also commonly in everyday life). In general – the bigger place – town (pursuant to the number of residents, in the Czech Republic is the worst Prague, especially the city centre, where is everything multiplied), the more vibrations of coarse energies daytimes: in such environment terrestrials are more easily governable than in small cities and villages; the most unfavourable environment for remote control belongs to nature !

The program in the morning every day begins with the command ”ATKAVISE” – START, WE BEGIN – it is initialized, on waking up, when the terrestrial can watch it closely in the dimensional window of his office (see for example the film ”Little Monsters, s.r.o. – adaptor’s comment). Square letters run quickly on the screen approximately in 7 vertical columns (like a tabulating card or film), the middle one (of the controlled terrestrial) is wider; mostly squares, rectangles, triangles, ellipses, in which are inserted other symbols, and there are also different signs (for instance two vertical shorter lines with small curves above them). The columns are glaucous and the letters in them are similar and of the same size. There are also letters – characters – which are not comprised in our alphabet: for example, a letter similar to small ”h”, but its upper part is not straight but variously corrugated. These letters come from the pseudocreators. The installing entity wears blue dress (like a train dispatcher) – navy­blue trousers, light­blue shirt and dark blue tie. We have seen even characters of programs running spatially from above downward, and also around the terrestrial, likewise as on a cylindrical surface. These are motionless (including the screens) in case that the terrestrial is sleeping, but when he wakes up, they are put into motion immediately – we have distinctly seen that several times.

The OPERATIVE INTERVENTIONS are implemented through THE MEDIUM OF THE CENTRAL CONTROL SYSTEM – THE DATASYSTEM. ”TEKAVA” is the command for initialization of any program. SEARCHING – READING PROGRAM, which is bound with response to concrete energetic connections, is managed by SELF­TIMED PROGRAM LOOPS.

I’m constantly connected up with datasystem, that is operated from without. Negative impulses of energetic field are phased into our mental body in such a way, that our negative consciousness could be influenced – before falling asleep – when the mental body actively functions. Here it is necessary to pray, make requests for help and approaches to the primary Creator of everything and everybody. It works.

In 2003, everybody of 6 500 000 000 terrestrials had at least 9 shadows – guards – 3 for the Spirit, 3 for the soul, and 3 for the physical body. The SENIOR ENTITIES are in charge of them (they monitor the most loving terrestrials, particularly those with special mission, but they are watched by the Universe people) and the whole controlling pseudosystem is under authority of THE PSEUDOCREATORS having permission of the PRIMARY CREATOR OF EVERYTHING AND EVERYBODY with a view to provide THE ANSWER WHAT ALTERNATIVES SHOULD NOT BE CHOSEN.

This control of mankind is under way already for 7 000 000 years, since the pseudocreators fabricated the species of caveman.

AFTER the last collapse of Atlantis approximately 11 200 years ago, those who escaped had build some establishments, for example in the Central America – in Mexico, Guatemala, Belize (see for instance the picture No. 79), where you can frequently happen to see pyramid­shaped constructions with a rectangular antennae on the top – often two pyramids with antennae positioned one against the other. There these drifters endeavoured to regulate by energy some of processes – weather, fertilization in surroundings, but mainly to jam the controlling waves – the energies put forth by the Powers of darkness. Even this shows that they were in difficult situation. One of the functions supported also the device on the chest, as represented on sculptures – columns in Tula (see the picture No. 84).

Besides the right human beings (who got pseudospirit and pseudosoul from pseudocreators) are all the other souls incarnated here only ONCE ! This testimony was mediated on the basis of information transmitted during sleep and recorded on waking up, and also on the basis of common inner communication with Cosmic friends – multidimensional beings. They accompany us also in our dreams – excursions with commentary – in these controlling structures of negative state, always with love and joy. In the concrete, here transmitted information partly also D.; we could see her dressed in chartreuse frock with friend at a swimming pool, palm trees and flowers – in beautiful colours. Among other things, she is engaged in scientific research of the earth’s gravitational field.

On the terrestrial level the nearest approximation (round about) to these controlling practices reached espionage organizations (CIA, FBI and many others), media [manipulation with consciousness of the masses, targeted indoctrination on universities, especially on the renowned ones in the USA, (California, ...)] – as a sample, pilot projects, serving for transmission into other universities; in the Czech Republic it refers particularly to Charles University (faculty of journalism, Hussite faculty of theology, faculty of medicine,...) and other universities. Everything is supported financially by means of forcibly extorted taxes – energies of controlled masses. In this manner the selected terrestrials (they selected themselves) learn the same activity as is developed by the above mentioned entity of the Dark worlds – hells. In case that they show ”good” results, then they are by these entities ”rewarded”: they allegedly go ”up” (but in reality they go down to hell), and consequently they have more extensive possibilities to hold other unfortunate persons cunningly in power and to prey upon them by depriving them of energy.
